| I Had A Dream |
I reach for the light
but the stars have fallen
and lay submerged
glittering their promise
like diamonds
beneath the sea
I was never a big fan of abstracts. I couldn't appreciate them. I liked realism in paintings and in photographs.
This year I started looking at abstract art and experimented with making my own using photography.
This image was my first attempt at creating an abstract through double exposure.
Giving myself permission to play was a big step for me.
